Neuroticism: Unlike Bill English, John Key was able to focus on much broader reforms like legalizing the gay marriages and even identifying or recognizing the Pastarian marriages. Moreover, he did not hold much negativity about his opposition which is evident from the fact that he kept various policies of Labour in the threshold of Nationals government which worked well previously. He believed in the fact that the best way to beat ones opposition is adopting their policies.
