Extraversion: Extraversion is the positive attitude and sociability to contribute towards group activities. Moreover, he did not hold much negativity about his opposition which is evident from the fact that he kept various policies of Labour in the threshold of Nationals government which worked well previously. He believed in the fact that the best way to beat ones opposition is adopting their policies. He has been gritty, self-motivated and easy going resulting in eight long years of reigning as the Prime Minister of New Zealand.
